Return Policy

At Moti Roastery, we want you to love every cup. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your coffee must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at aromaever001@gmail.com to start your return. Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back to us at [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Please note that we cannot accept unrequested returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your coffee is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee packages, sale items, or gift cards. Custom or personalized orders are also final sale.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return is processed. This ensures you receive exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your purchase for any reason. Your coffee must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
