At Moti Roastery, we carefully package and ship your coffee to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to brew.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within Canada.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at aromaever001@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada.
